Thermo View measurement inaccuracy
If you experience any issues with the accuracy of your Thermo View, please follow these steps:
Make sure that your temperature sensor is not in close proximity to the heating element or any device that could interfere with Thermo View.
Calibrate your Thermo View. You can do it in our Smart Reef system. Simply select your device from the list on the left, then click on the button called "Settings" and choose "Temperature Calibration". Follow the on-screen instructions, Smart Reef will guide you through the calibration.
Try to reset your Thermo View with the provided magnet. It will bring the Thermo View back to factory settings, so you will need to connect it you your device and Smart Reef account again.
