You can reset your device to factory settings. To do that you will need reseting a resetting magnet provided with your device. Manual describes in which place you should put the magnet to reset the device. Put the magnet in the right place, wait for 5s untill until the device restarts. After restoring to factory settings you will need to reconfigure your device just like when you setup set it at up for the beginningfirst time. If You still struggle with the WiFi connection then please instead of using your home WiFi router please share you hot spot WiFi signal. So when you are conected with the device - like is written in the prievous steps. In the place where is the list of the WiFi networks please choose the hot spot network. When is connected please also check Smart reef connection status. If it work with the hot spot WiFi but it didnt work with your home WiFi router there could be few reasons of that:
turn on the hot spot on your mobile phone or try a different router. |
