My device is offline

Please check if you have good Wi-Fi coverage near your device.

Please check if you have the electricity at the place where you have installed the device.

Please check if the device is connected to the electricity and works properly.

Please check your Wi-Fi router. It may be a good idea is to restart/reset it. After you restart it please check if the Internet connection has been established.

The easiest way to do this is to unplug the device from the electricity for short while and plug it back in.

Please put your device closer to the router (for a trial in 2-3 m distance).

The next thing you can do is to configure the device again. You can just connect with the device Wi-Fi and open the Wi-Fi list. Next, choose your home Wi-Fi router and connect with it again.

You can reset your device to factory settings. To do that you will need a resetting magnet provided with your device. Manual describes in which place you should put the magnet to reset the device. Put the magnet in the right place, wait for 5s until the device restarts.

After restoring to factory settings you will need to reconfigure your device just like when you set it up for the first time.
