Reef Factory Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of this product. This warranty covers only technical hardware problems during the warranty period and under normal use conditions.

 

  1. The devices manufactured by Reef Factory are covered by the warranty for the period of:

  • 24 months for individual and business customers using consumer products.

  • 12 months for a business customer using demonstration products.A 6-month warranty is provided for accessories and spare parts for devices.

  1. The proof of the warranty for the product is the bill or purchase invoice which clearly shows the date of purchase and the name of the device.

  2. Technical defects of the product revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within the shortest possible time, not exceeding 14 days from the date of delivery of the device to the Authorized Service Center.

  3. The User has the right to replace the product by the Guarantor with a new one, free from defects, if:

  • five repairs have been made during the warranty period, requiring replacement of components and the product is still defective,

  • The Authorized Service Center stated in writing that the defect could not be removed.

  1. The condition for a warranty repair is:

  • delivery of the product in the original factory packaging or another protecting the device during transport to the Authorized Service Center.

  • presentation of proof of purchase,

  • description of the fault that occurs in the device.

  1. The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear of materials and consumables (e.g. consumables such as probes, sensors, pump heads, hoses, etc.),

  • mechanical damage and defects caused by them,

  • damage as a result of improper use or storage of the product not by the user's manual,

  • damage resulting from unauthorized repairs and alterations made by the Buyer or unauthorized persons,

  • damage resulting from natural wear, such as scratches, dirt, abrasions, abrasions of inscriptions, etc.

  1. The employees of the Authorized Service Center are authorized to assess the causes of product defects.

  2. The repair period may be extended in the event of disruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, social unrest, etc.

  3. Warranty entitlements do not include the buyer's right to demand reimbursement of lost profits due to product defects.

  4. The warranty period is extended by the period when the device is in service.

10. In matters not covered by the terms of this warranty, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

11. The guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer resulting from the provisions on the warranty for defects in the sold item.

12. The repaired or replaced product may contain new or refurbished components.

13. Please be advised that repair or replacement of the product involves significant risk of loss of data stored in a given product (especially related to its configuration and measurement history). Therefore, the Customer accepts that the data may be deleted when the product is repaired or replaced.

14. The Guarantor is not responsible for the lack of full compliance (compatibility) of the product with accessories or devices of other manufacturers used by the Customer. In particular, this applies to network devices, the configuration of which may limit the ability to connect and exchange data between the device and the server.

15. The customer delivers the device for repair to the Authorized Service Center at his own expense, and the service, after warranty repair, returns the device to the customer at its own expense.

16. The Authorized Service Center may repair/restore the device at the Customer's expense (post-warranty repair), however, the Customer must accept this cost before repairing it.

17. An Authorized Service Center may refuse to repair or replace a device that, after being tested under service conditions, does not show any defective features for the product in terms of its use (confirmation of the full efficiency of the device).

18. The guarantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of the warranty or conditions or any other legal theory, including but not limited to the loss of utility; loss of income; loss of actual and perceived profits (including loss of contract profits); loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of enterprise value; loss of reputation.

19. The guarantor shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages caused as a result of a defect or failure of the device and for damages caused during the period of repair or replacement of the device related to the inability to use the device.

Extended Warranty Option:

  1. Customers have the option to purchase an Extended Warranty for an additional 12-month period, extending the original warranty from 24 months to 36 months. This extended warranty applies only to consumer product versions and does not apply to demonstration models, accessories, or spare parts, which are covered by a 6-month warranty.

  2. Purchase Period for Extended Warranty: The option to purchase the extended warranty is available only during the initial warranty period. It is not possible to purchase the extended warranty once the original warranty has expired.

  3. Non-refundable Purchases: If the customer chooses to purchase the extended warranty after the original warranty period has expired, the purchase will be made at the customer’s own risk, and no refunds will be provided for such purchases.

  4. The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase shown on the attached proof of purchase.
