If you experience any issues with the accuracy of your Thermo Control, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that your temperature sensor is not near the heating element or any device that could interfere with Thermo Control.

  2. Calibrate your Thermo Control. You can do it in our Smart Reef system. Simply select your device from the list on the left, then click on the button called "Settings", and then "Temperature Calibration". Then follow the on-screen instructions, Smart Reef will guide you through the calibration.

  3. Try to reset your Thermo Control with the provided magnet. It will bring the Thermo Contol back to factory settings, so you will need to connect it you your device and Smart Reef account again.

  4. It may be possible that fuses in your device need to be replaced. We describe how to change your fuses in our manual: https://www.reeffactory.com/?state=productsThermoControlManual

  5. If you still experience issues with measurement inaccuracy, contact our support center. We are always ready to help!
