When you If You still struggle with the WiFi connection then please instead using your home WiFi router please share you hot spot WiFi signal. So when you are conected with the device - like is written in the prievous steps. In the place where is the list of the WiFi networks please choose the hot spot network. When is connected please also check Smart reef connection status. If it work with the hot spot WiFi but it didnt work with your home WiFi router there could be few reasons of that:
