 How do I know that there is available the new update?

In the Smart reef on the left menu. In the link of the device when there is new update you will have red sign like on the screen bellow.

 How can I update the device?

You have 2 options. One is to just click in the icon with the red sign.

Second option is to do it with firmware file via WIFI.

 Where can I find the newest firmware file?

You can find it always on our website: reeffactory.com in the products / specyfic products / Tech Spec / then please scroll down and you will see it like on the picture bellow.

 What if I can't update via WiFi.

First what you can do is to switch off all the firewalls on you computer. Second thing you can do is to try again connect with the device. When you are connected to the device WiFi you can also try few times close and open the file.

If you still can’t update you can try with another laptop (windows / mac).
