Devices update tips

If there is an update avalible for your device you will see exclamation mark next to it in the Smart Reef system menu just like the one below:

Just click on the button to let the device update automaticly for you.

If you have any problems updating your device automaticly you can also update it manualy by downloading firmware directly from our website www.reeffactory.com.

You can find it on our website www.reeffactory.com in the PRODUCTS section. Please choose product you are looking for and go to Tech specs. You can find firmare avalible for download at the bottom of the page.

Try switching off all the firewalls on you computer. If that does not help you can try to reconnect with your device. When you are connected to the device’s Wi-Fi please try to open file couple times.

If you still can’t update your device, please try with different computer (windows / mac).
