FristFirst, you will have to connect to your Thermo Control. To do this, you will need a Windows, Mac, Android or iOS device. You will have to connect to the device’s Wi-Fi.

  • Language

Choose the your language:

  • Set dkH range for your tanktemperature limits

Please select the range you want your kH to be within. If masured value will be greater/lower than limits you’ve set you will get a warning.

  • Connect kH Keeper to your home network

Now you can connect you kH Keeper to home network. To do this, please pick your Wi-Fi from the list and type in password you’ve set for you router.

Note

If you can’t find your network on the list, it may be necessery to move kH Keeper closer to router or vice versa. If your network still won’t show up please check if the router SSID is not hidden or if router is not turned off.

You may skip this step, however you won’t be able to use any Smart Reef features, check status of the device and you won’t get any notifications about you kH measures.

You can connect at any time after first setup if you skip this step.

Please login to your existing Smart Reef account or create new one.

  • Set lamp working time and maximum brightness

Please select the time lamp start and shuts off by using the sliders. You can also set the lamp’s maximum brightness.

upper and lower temperature limit using orange sliders. These will be the points of turning on the heating and cooling circuits. If the temperature will be within the set limits then both circuits will be turned off.

The red sliders are the points that trigger the alarms and sends push and email notifications to the user. They let you know if something is wrong with your aquarium.

  • Connect Thermo Control to your home network

Now you can connect you Reef Flare to your Thermo Control to your home network. To do this, please pick your Wi-Fi network from the list and type in the password you’ve set for you your router.

Note

If you can’t find your network on the list, it may be necessery necessary to move your router Thermo control closer to the lamprouter or vice versa. If your network still won’t show up please check if the router SSID is not hidden or if the router is not turned off.
