Try switching off all the firewalls on you computer. If that does not help you can try to reconnect with your device. When you are connected to the device’s Wi-Fi please try to open file couple times.

don’t see any exclamation marks it means your device is up to date and there is no need to change anything.
If you are sure that there is an update available for your device but it is not displayed in the Smart Reef, please send us a message through the support center.
