Failed to take a water sample. The entire calibration process must be stopped and started again. Before repeating the calibration process, check:

• if the silicon tubes have been connected to the Smart Tester and placed in a beaker of water,

• if the silicon tubes is of the required length,

• if the measuring cuvette is clean (read this, please cleaning of the measuring couvette ),

• make sure the measuring cuvette is properly seated in the capsule and installed in the Smart Tester (read this, please installation of measuring cuvette ),

• make sure there are no other contaminants in the measuring chamber.

If the problem occurs, contact Technical Support.

The error occurs when:

• the photometric circuit is defective,

• the measuring cuvette is dirty,

• the filling tube is not placed in the aquarium water,

• the filling tube is too long (longer than 2 m),

• Smart Tester is placed too high in relation to the beaker from which the water sample is taken,

• the filling tube is clogged or damaged,

• the filling pump is defective,

• measuring cuvette is incorrectly installed.

Nie udało się pobrać próbki wody. Cały proces kalibracji musi zostać przerwany i rozpoczęty ponownie. Przed ponowieniem procesu kalibracji sprawdź:

• czy wężyki zostały podłączone do Smart Testera i umieszczono je w zlewce z wodą,

• czy wężyki mają wymaganą długość,

• czy kuweta pomiarowa jest czysta (przeczytaj ten artykuł czyszczenie kuwety pomiarowej),

• upewnij się, czy kuweta pomiarowa lub kapsuła kuwety pomiarowej jest poprawnie zainstalowana w Smart Testerze (przeczytaj ten artykuł montaż kuwety pomiarowej ),

• upewnij się, czy nie występuję inne zanieczyszczenia w komorze pomiarowej.

Jeżeli problem występuje skontaktuj się ze Wsparciem Technicznym.

Błąd pojawia się kiedy:

• obwód fotometryczny jest uszkodzony,

• kuweta pomiarowa jest zabrudzona,

• wężyk napełniający nie jest umieszczona w wodzie akwariowej,

• wężyk napełniająca jest zbyt długi (dłuższy niż 2 m),

• Smart Tester jest umieszczony zbyt wysoko w stosunku do zlewki, z której pobierana jest próbka wody,

• rurka napełniająca jest zatkana lub uszkodzona,

• pompa napełniająca jest uszkodzona.

• kuweta pomiarowa nie jest poprawnie zainstalowana lub kapsuła z kuwetą pomiarową nie jest poprawnie zainstalowana w Smart Testerze.

Die Entnahme einer Wasserprobe ist fehlgeschlagen. Der gesamte Kalibriervorgang muss unterbrochen und neu gestartet werden. Überprüfen Sie vor dem Neustart des Kalibrierungsvorgangs:

• dass die Schläuche an den Smart Tester angeschlossen und in ein Becherglas mit Wasser gelegt worden sind,

• dass die Schläuche die erforderliche Länge haben,

• vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Messküvette oder die Küvettenkapsel korrekt im Smart Tester installiert ist (lesen Sie diesen Artikel über die Installation der Messküvette),

• vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich keine anderen Verunreinigungen in der Messzelle befinden.

Wenn das Problem auftritt, wenden Sie sich an den technischen Support.

Ein Fehler tritt auf, wenn:

• der photometrische Schaltkreis defekt ist,

• die Messküvette verschmutzt ist,

• das Füllrohr nicht im Aquarienwasser platziert ist,

• der Füllschlauch zu lang ist (länger als 2 m),

• der Smart Tester ist im Verhältnis zu dem Becher, aus dem die Wasserprobe entnommen wird, zu hoch angebracht,

• der Füllschlauch verstopft oder beschädigt ist,

• die Füllpumpe ist defekt.

• die Messküvette ist nicht richtig eingesetzt oder die Messküvettenkapsel ist nicht richtig im Smart Tester installiert.

• if you have a balance with a resolution of at least 0.01g,

• if the balance has an accuracy class of at least +-0.05g,

• that the silicon tubes have the required length and are unobstructed.

• the measured volume of the measuring cuvette is outside the range <1ml - 10ml> i.e. the weight in step 3/7 minus the weight in step 5/7 is not within the range 1g-10g

• the volume of water that remains in the measuring cuvette is greater than 1ml. i.e. the weight in step 3/7 minus the weight in step 7/7 is greater than 1g

• zmierzona objętość kuwety pomiarowej wykracza poza przedział <1ml - 10ml> tj. waga w kroku 3/7 minus waga w kroku 5/7 nie mieście się w przedziale 1g-10g

• objętość wody, która zostaje w kuwecie pomiarowej jest większa niż 1ml. tj. waga w kroku 3/7 minus waga w kroku 7/7 jest większa jak 1g
