You have 2 options. One is to just click in the icon with the red sign.  Second option is to do it with firmware file via WIFI. You can find guide how to do that here: |

First what you can do is to switch off all the firewalls on you computer. Second thing you can do is to try again connect with the device. When you are connected to the device WiFi you can also try few times close and open the file.

an update available for your device you will see an exclamation mark next to it in the Smart Reef system menu just like the one below:

Just click on the button to let the device update automatically for you.
If you don’t see any exclamation marks it means your device is up to date and there is no need to change anything.
If you are sure that there is an update available for your device but it is not displayed in the Smart Reef, please send us a message through the support center.
