II. Montaż urządzenia i czujników poziomu cieczy.

1. Zamontuj szynę DIN w pozycji poziomej w docelowym miejscu montażu Dosing pump ATO

UWAGA! Wkręty do montażu szyny DIN nie są dołączone do zestawu. Użyj do tego wkrętów odpowiednich do powierzchni, na której chcesz zamontować szynę DIN.

2. Zamontuj Dosing pump ATO na szynie DIN zgodnie z grafiką.

   

   Zwróć uwagę aby nakrętka motylkowa znalazła się po stronie czujnika, natomiast płaska część od strony elementu mocowanego do powierzchni szyby.
   4. Zamontuj czujnik poziomu cieczy w uchwycie przewodem skierowanym do góry.
   

   

   Odkręć nakrętkę znajdującą się na czujniku i unieś. Wsuń przewód czujnika przez szczelinę, oraz zablokuj w uchwycie dokręcając nakrętką.
   
   Uwaga! Upewnij się, że czujnik jest zamocowany w sposób, który nie blokuje pływaka.
   
   5. Zamontuj uchwyt z czujnikami.
   Zamonntuj uchwyt wraz z czujnikami na brzegu sumpa, lub komory, w której chcesz utrzymać poziom cieczy.
   UWAGA! Śruba mocująca uchwyt na krawędzi szyby musi być dokręcana delikatnie, dokręcenie z zbyt dużą siłą może spowodować pęknięcie uchwytu.

   

   6. Wyreguluj pozycję czujników poziomu. Poluzuj motylkową nakrętkę i przesuwając uchwyt do odpowiedniego poziomu. Zwróć uwagę, aby uchwyty były zamontowane z różnicą wysokości.

   

7. Podłącz czujniki poziomu cieczy do Dosing pump ATO. Kolejność podłączenia nie jest istotna.

8. Podłącz przewód zasilania do urządzenia

9. Dobierając odpowiednią wtyczkę podłącz zasilacz do zasilania.

10. Podłącz wężyk do króćców Dosing pump ATO.

Zwróć uwagę, aby wężyk był wsunięty do końca króćca i nie był luźny.

11. Przetnij wężyk w odpowiednim miejscu.

12. Umieść końce wężyków Dosing pump ATO zgodnie z grafiką.

Płyn pobierany jest z lewego wężyka i należy go umieścić w pojemniku z wodą RO, wraz z obciążnikiem w taki sposób, aby mógł swobodnie pobierać płyn.

13. Zamontuj obciążnik

Obciążnik może się różnić w zależności od kompletacji

14. Zamontuj uchwyt na wężyk

Uchwyt wsuń na krawędź i delikatnie dokręć.

15. Zamontuj wężyk w uchwycie zamontowanym w sumpie lub akwarium, nad taflą wody.
    

    

    Wsuń wężyk w otwór, zablokuj go dosuwając blokadę i dokręć.

II. Installation of the unit and liquid level sensors.

1. Mount the DIN rail in a horizontal position in the target mounting location Dosing pump ATO

PLEASE NOTE Screws for mounting the DIN rail are not included. Use screws suitable for the surface on which you wish to mount the DIN rail.

2. Mount the Dosing pump ATO on the DIN rail according to the graphic.

Hook the top of the Dosing pump holder onto the Din rail, then press the bottom of the unit until you hear a click. Make sure the unit is mounted correctly and stably.

3. Assemble the liquid level sensor holder as shown in the graphic.

Ensure that the wing nut is on the side of the sensor, while the flat part is on the side of the component to be fixed to the glass surface.

4. mount Mount the liquid level sensor in the holder with the wire facing upwards.

Unscrew the nut on the sensor and lift. Insert the sensor cable through the slot, and lock into the holder by tightening the nut.

ATTENTION! Ensure that the sensor is attached in a way that does not block the float.

5. mount the bracket with sensors.Mount the bracket with the sensors on the edge of the sump, or chamber where you want to maintain the liquid level.

ATTENTION! The screw securing the holder to the edge of the glass must be tightened gently, over-tightening may cause the holder to break.

6. Adjust the position of the level sensors. Loosen the wing nut and move the handle to the correct level. Ensure that the handles are fitted with a height differential.

7. Connect the liquid level sensors to the Dosing pump ATO. The order of connection is not important.

8. Connect the power cord to the device

9. Selecting the correct plug, connect the power supply to the power supply.

10. Connect the hose to the Dosing pump ATO connections.

Ensure that the hose is pushed to the end of the spigot and is not loose.

11. Cut the hose at the appropriate point.

12. Place the ends of the Dosing pump ATO hoses according to the graphic.

The fluid is taken from the left tube and should be placed in a container of RO water, together with a weight in such a way that it can take the fluid freely.

14. Fit the hose holder

Slide the handle onto the edge and gently tighten.

15. Mount the hose in a bracket installed in the sumo or aquarium, above the water surface.

    

    Slide the hose into the hole, lock it in place by tightening the lock and tighten.

II. Installation des Geräts und der Flüssigkeitsstandssensoren.

1. Montieren Sie die DIN-Schiene in horizontaler Lage am vorgesehenen Montageort Dosierpumpe ATO

   3. Montieren Sie die Halterung des Füllstandssensors gemäß der Abbildung

   

   Achten Sie darauf, dass sich die Flügelmutter auf der Seite des Sensors und der flache Teil auf der Seite des Bauteils befindet, das auf der Glasfläche befestigt werden soll.
   
   4. Installieren Montieren Sie den Füllstandssensor in der Halterung mit dem Kabel nach oben.

   

   Schrauben Sie die Mutter am Sensor ab und heben Sie ihn an. Führen Sie das Sensorkabel durch den Schlitz und sichern Sie es in der Halterung, indem Sie die Mutter anziehen.

   Achten Sie darauf, dass der Sensor so angebracht wird, dass er den Schwimmer nicht blockiert.
   

   5. Montieren Sie den Sensorhalter.
   Montieren Sie die Halterung mit den Sensoren an der Kante des Sumpfes oder der Kammer, in der Sie den Flüssigkeitsstand halten wollen.
   ACHTUNG: Die Schraube, mit der die Halterung am Glasrand befestigt ist, muss leicht angezogen werden, ein zu festes Anziehen kann zum Bruch der Halterung führen.

   

   6. Stellen Sie die Position der Füllstandssensoren ein. Lösen Sie die Flügelmutter und stellen Sie den Griff auf die richtige Höhe. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Griffe mit einer Höhendifferenz ausgestattet sind.

   

7. Schließen Sie die Füllstandssensoren an die Dosierpumpe ATO an. Die Reihenfolge des Anschlusses ist nicht wichtig.

8. Schließen Sie das Netzkabel an das Gerät an.

9. Wählen Sie den richtigen Stecker und schließen Sie das Netzteil an das Stromnetz an.

10. Schließen Sie den Schlauch an die ATO-Anschlüsse der Dosierpumpe an.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Schlauch bis zum Ende des Zapfens geschoben wird und nicht lose ist.

11. Schneiden Sie den Schlauch an der entsprechenden Stelle ab.

12. Legen Sie die Enden der ATO-Schläuche der Dosierpumpe gemäß der Abbildung an.

Die Flüssigkeit wird aus dem linken Schlauch entnommen und in einen Behälter mit RO-Wasser gegeben, zusammen mit einem Gewicht, das die Flüssigkeit frei aufnehmen kann.

13. Montieren Sie das Gewicht

Die Gewichte können je nach Ausführung variieren.

14. Montieren Sie den Schlauchhalter

Schieben Sie den Griff auf die Kante und ziehen Sie ihn vorsichtig fest.

15. Befestigen Sie den Schlauch in einer Halterung, die im Sumo oder Aquarium oberhalb der Wasseroberfläche angebracht ist.

    

    Schieben Sie den Schlauch in das Loch, verriegeln Sie ihn durch Anziehen des Verschlusses und ziehen Sie ihn fest.

V. Kalibracja pompy.

Kalibracja pompy jest do prawidłowego obliczania statystyk uzupełnionej wody. Kalibracja powinna być cyklicznie powtarzana w zależności od częstotliwości pracy urządzenia. Zalecany interwał kalibracji to 1 miesiąc. 

Kalibrację pompy Dosing pump ATO można przeprowadzić na 2 sposoby:

• Objętościowo przy  użyciu naczynia miarowego

• Wagowo przy użyciu wagi jubilerskiej 

UWAGA! Przed rozpoczęciem kalibracji urządzenie musi być umieszczone w docelowym miejscu, podłączone do konta Smart reef, a do kalibracji należy użyć wężyków o docelowej długości.

Do wykonania kalibracji potrzebne będą:

• Dosing pump ATO

• Naczynie miarowe lub waga z naczyniem

Aby rozpocząć kalibrację, należy wybrać z listy urządzeń Dosing pump ATO, którą chcemy skalibrować, a następnie przejść do zakładki „Ustawienia".

Z widoku zakładki Ustawienia wybierz „Wymaga kalibracja" jeśli jest to pierwsza kalibracja lub wyznaczony termin kalibracji określa jej konieczność. Jeśli jest to ponowna kalibracja, to okno będzie dostępne jako „Kalibracja".

UWAGA! Przed kolejnym krokiem, upewnij się, że wężyk poboru wody znajduje się w pojemniku, z którego chcesz pobierać wodę, a wężyk wlewający płyn znajduje się nad pustym naczyniem. Następnie użyj funkcji “Napełnij obwód”, aby odpowietrzyć układ.

, , Gdy wężyk podający płyn znajduje się już w odpowiednim naczyniu, wybierz z menu „Napełnij obwód"

Pompa uruchomi się na 30 sekund, napełniając obwód. Sprawdź, czy cały układ wypełnił się płynem, jeśli w układzie widoczne są pęcherzyki powietrza. Powtórz czynność, aż do całkowitego wypełnienia układu płynem.

Umieść wężyk podający płyn nad pustym naczyniem. Jeśli chcesz kalibrować pompę wagowo, umieść naczynie na wadze, uruchom i wytaruj, aby waga wskazywała 0.00 gram.

Gdy wężyk podający płyn znajduje się nad pustym naczyniem, wybierz z menu „Rozpocznij kalibrację"

Pompa uruchomi się na 30 sekund, przelewając płyn. Po upływie 30 sekund i zatrzymaniu się pompy wprowadź w oknie ilość mililitrów przepompowanych do naczynia. W przypadku kalibracji za pomocą wagi przyjmujemy, że 1g wody RO to 1ml. Zatwierdź wciskając “Ok”.
