Cleaning measuremnet couvette.

  • The measuring cuvette should be clean, without fingerprints or other contaminants. Photometric measurement is based on the measurement of light transmission through the water sample. Any contamination lying on the measuring cuvette can cause measurement errors.

  • The measuring cuvette can be washed with RO water or tap water using cleaning agents. A sponge or cloth can be used for cleaning. After washing, the cuvette should be dried and cleaned thoroughly.

  • Before installing the measuring cuvette, make sure there is magnetic stir bar in it.

Remove the measuring cuvette capsule from the Smart Tester.

Take out the magnetic stir bar of the measuring cuvette and put it in a safe place so as not to lose it.

Remove the water supply silicon tubes to the measuring cuvette. Note the order in which the silicon tubes are connected.

Wash the measuring cuvette thoroughly under running water. Cleaning products can be used, but the measuring cuvette should be thoroughly rinsed afterwards.

Attention! If the measuring cuvette is very dirty and it can't be washed with ordinary cleaning products, then use cleaning product based on chlorine or its derivatives, such as sodium hypochlorite. Fill the tray with a chlorine-based cleaner or its derivatives, such as potassium hypochlorite, and leave it for 24hrs.

Clean the measuring cuvette dry. Be careful that no dirt, smudges or fingerprints remain on the walls.

Connect the silicon tubes to the measuring cuvette. Pay attention to the correct connection of the silicon tubes. Grasp the measuring cuvette as shown in the photo to avoid leaving fingerprints on it.

Settle the measuring cuvette in the capsule. Don't forget to place the magnetic stir bar in the measuring cuvette.

Place the measuring cuvette capsule in the Smart Tester.

Czyszczenie kuwety pomiarowej.

  • Kuwetka pomiarowa powinna być czysta, bez śladów palców czy innych zanieczyszczeń. Pomiar fotometryczny opiera się na pomiarze transmisji światła przez próbkę wody. Każde zanieczyszczenie zalegające na kuwetce pomiarowej może być przyczyną błędów pomiarowych.

  • Kuwetkę pomiarową można myć wodą RO lub wodą z kranu przy użyciu środków czystości. Do czyszczenia można użyć gąbki lub ścierki. Po myciu, kuwetkę należy wysuszyć i dokładnie oczyścić.

  • Przed zainstalowaniem kuwetki pomiarowej, upewnić się że znajduje się w mniej mieszacz magnetyczny.

Zdemontuj wężyki doprowadzające wodę do kuwety pomiarowej. Zapamiętaj kolejność podłączenia wężyków.

Umyj dokładnie kuwetę pomiarową pod bieżącą wodą. Można wykorzystać środki czystości, jednak kuweta pomiarowa powinna być potem dokładnie wypłukana.

Uwaga! Jeśli kuweta pomiarowa jest bardzo zabrudzona i nie można jej umyć zwykłymi środkami czyszczącymi, należy użyć środka czyszczącego na bazie chloru lub jego pochodnych, np. podchlorynu sodu. Napełnij kuwetę środkiem czyszczącym na bazie chloru lub jego pochodnych, takim jak podchloryn potasu, i pozostaw na 24 godziny.

Wyczyść do sucha kuwetę pomiarową. Uważaj, aby nie pozostały na ściankach zanieczyszczenia, smugi oraz ślady palców.

Podłącz wężyki do kuwety pomiarowej. Zwróć uwagę na poprawne podłączenie wężyków. Chwytaj kuwetę pomiarową jak na zdjęciu, aby nie zostawić na niej śladów palców.

Osadź kuwetkę pomiarową w kapsule. Nie zapomnij umieścić pastylki magnetycznej w kuwecie pomiarowej.
