“can’t clean dropper of reagent 1”

The error may occurs when:

• chemical reagent cartidge is empty or not connected rigth to the reagnet pump,

• chemical reagent dropper or pipes are clogged,

• chemical reagent dropper not properly seated in its socket, has been bent or damaged,

• chemical reagent pump is damaged.

Before repeating measurement:

• be sure reganet still is availabe in cartidge or cartridge is right connected,

• clean the dropper manualy,

• make sure the measuring cuvette is installed correctly and there is no dirt in the measuring chamber (read this, please installation of measuring cuvette ),

• perform reagent change procedure, hovewer use the old reagents as new.
