• the filling pipe is to long (longer than 2m),

• the Smart Tester is placed too high in relation to the tank from which the water sample is taken,

• the silicon tubes are clogged or damaged,

• be sure Smart Tester and silicon tubes are connected without any issues and are not coggled.

If the problem occurs, contact Technical Support. Share error code.
