In the Smart reef on the left menu. In the link of the device when If there is new an update you will have red sign like on the screen bellow.  avalible for your device you will see exclamation mark next to it in the Smart Reef system menu just like the one below:  |

You have 2 options. One is to just click in the icon with the red sign. Second option is to do it with firmware file via WIFI. You can find guide how to do that here:Just click on the button to let the device update automaticly for you. If you have any problems updating your device automaticly you can also update it manualy by downloading firmware directly from our website www.reeffactory.com. Here is the video on how to update your device manualy.

First what you can do is to switch Try switching off all the firewalls on you computer. Second thing If that does not help you can do is to try again connect with the try to reconnect with your device. When you are connected to the device WiFi you can also try few times close and open the filedevice’s Wi-Fi please try to open file couple times. If you still can’t update you can your device, please try with another laptop different computer (windows / mac). |
