Next thing which You can do is to configurate the device agiain. You can just connect with device Wi-Fi and open Wi-Fi list. Next choose your home Wi-Fi router and connect with it again. The full video on how to configurate is avalible here:

You can reset your device to factory settings. To do that you will need reseting magnet provided with your device. Manual describes in which place you should put the magnet to reset the device. Put the magnet in the right place, wait 5s untill device restarts. After restoring to factory settings you will need to reconfigure your device just like when you setup it at the beginning. If You still struggle with the WiFi connection then please instead using your home WiFi router please share you hot spot WiFi signal. So when you are conected with the device - like is written in the prievous steps. In the place where is the list of the WiFi networks please choose the hot spot network. When is connected please also check Smart reef connection status. If it work with the hot spot WiFi but it didnt work with your home WiFi router there could be few reasons of that:
